NEIT Holiday - 75 YEARS

In 2014 I was asked again to create the official holiday greeting for New England Institute of Technology, East Greenwich, RI.

The main themes in this holiday message was to celebrate the college's 75 year anniversary. I used vintage photos of the college from the 1950s, separated the images into layers and used parallax to change the displacement of objects, it is a great effect and wonderful results.

NEIT Holiday Greeting

This was such a fun project, I pitched my idea to the college President and Provost and they both liked it.  I used the theme from the 1947 movie "It's a Wonderful Life" as my inspiration.

I took screen shots from the opening in the film, edited to populate with my info and weaved in the content the college required. But the ending was where I had the chance to have some fun and include some students who were willing to do the Harlem Shake which was popular in 2013.
