Word Camp Branding
September 2016, I was asked to create a series of social media posts that would engage guests to sign up for Word Camp in East Greenwich, RI. My posts were used throughout the official WordCamp RI 2016 site: https://rhodeisland.wordcamp.org/2016/ and on their facebook pages.
Lindsay, a college student, uses WordPress to build her creative design portfolio.
Symko makes puppets and he showcases his unique creations on his WordPress site.
Former Rhode Island School of Design President is the featured speaker at Word Camp 2016.
Musicians love to use WordPress to promote and sell their music and merchandise.
In September 2016 I was asked to be on RI's Lifestyle TV program "The Rhode Show" to promote Word Camp RI. The video is here: https://youtu.be/HYlfFrN6YMI?feature=shared
UNIQUE MARKETING
Below is an example of the glass gobo Aj created for the band using the official logo that he designed for the band Hey Nineteen - Tribute to Steely Dan.
The gobo was projected onto the side of The Odeum Theater building on Main Street in East Greenwich (from a building across the street) before the band’s performance in May 2014. The illumination attracted significant attention, created awareness of the event and increased ticket sales.
I drew the letters for the logo as a vector graphic in Adobe Illustrator
East Side Media and Aj Coletta have brought extraordinary value to my endeavor in live music. Much due to his efforts I have been able to develop a brand in the New England area in 1.5 years which has taken the competitors over 10 years to enjoy. Ajay is extremely thoughtful in his approach, mild mannered, and easy to work with. His eye for layout, color, and graphics is superior while his action time to make changes is near immediate.

CREATING THE LOGO
I was asked to create the logo for the band Hey Nineteen - Tribute to Steely Dan. As part of a course I was teaching, I asked students to create "case studies" of some of their projects and I used my development of the Hey Nineteen Logo as a guide and inspiration for them.
